This process will gives a clear picture of your firm and your marketing opportunities.
Step 3
Research & draft strategy
I combine what I learned from you with our own research into your market opportunity. This may include interviews with your clients and other people in your team.
Step 4
Strategy kick off
We meet and present our draft strategy. I get your feedback then write the full strategy.
Step 5
Present the plan
I present the plan to you and explain how to execute it.
Every plan is designed to work with the skills and resources of your firm. That is a key reason for doing a diagnostic rather than copying what another firm of non-related business has done.
