Belay is a niche consulting firm dedicated to professional services firm leaders that want to grow.

I also work with professional services vendors, especially those who sell to or through accountants.

 

## What I do

In short - I help firms and vendors grow. New revenue from existing clients, new clients or both.

Most my work falls into three areas:

- Training and coaching
